These times being given as an indication only and depending on third party service providers, we cannot be held responsible in case of late delivery. Any unsuccessful delivery (address, building, code, stairs, name (etc.) missing or erroneous...) will be subject to an additional delay for processing the order and reshipment. Please note that between July 30th and August 25th, the e-shop is closed. Orders placed at that time will have a longer delay for this reason.
You have up to thirty (15) days from the date of receipt of the items to make a return.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be delivered in their original packaging, in perfect condition, complete and accompanied by a copy of the invoice, addressed to Boutique Olivia Clergue, 6, rue du Parc Royal 75003 Paris, France, Tel + 33 (0)6 72 73 54 92. We cannot accept delivery at a Relay Point. Any intention of return or exchange must be notified by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reference of your order, the date of shipment, the carrier and the tracking number of your package.
The responsibility in case of loss or damage of the items during the return transport remaining at your charge, we advise you to insure the goods at their market value with the carrier, as we did for the shipment of your order. Any item that cannot be released for consumption will not be refunded. At the end of the return process, we will confirm by e-mail that we have received the items and that you will be reimbursed, which will take place no later than thirty days following receipt of the returned items.
